Pavlova

You could be forgiven for thinking that Pavlova is just… Pavlova.

Not a Poles Pavlova.

Our meringue is elegant and delicate. Marshmallowy-soft and creamy on the inside, it’s

crisp on the edges and gloriously chewy on top. And it’s incredibly light, giving you that all-important crunch with benefits.

Now multiply that by three. Three glorious layers of meringue, all layered with lashings of freshly-whipped Australian cream. Atop it all sits an array of seasonal fresh fruits, drizzled with passionfruit curd that drips sweet somethings into all the right places.

Don’t ever underestimate the pavlova. Because ours is a showstopper.
