NOTE: Delivery happens ANYTIME between 12-5pm of the selected day, no specific time can be requested (A Tracking SMS Link will be sent to you on delivery date ONCE your cake gets picked up. If you need the cake for an specific time, I recommend to order for delivery a day prior if we still have availability.
NOTE: Your order will be ready for pickup from the time you requested to pick up, until our closing time (Please if you are running late make sure to call us to inform us or check our Closing Times as they vary time to time). We are not responsible to call you to remind you to pick up your order. If you fail to pick up your order, Poles Patisserie takes no responsibility.
