Custom Cupcake FAQs
We require a minimum of 3 business days’ notice. However, we recommend ordering as early as possible, especially for larger quantities or detailed designs. During busy periods, additional notice may be required.
Absolutely! Let us know your colour palette when submitting your enquiry and upload any reference images you have. We’ll do our best to create a close match, although slight colour variations may occur.
Yes! You can upload inspiration photos through our Custom Cupcake enquiry form. We’ll create something similar in our own Poles Patisserie style, but we don’t make exact copies of another decorator’s work.
Yes! We can create Custom Cupcakes featuring your company logo or branding. Please upload a clear, high-quality copy of your logo when submitting your enquiry.
Of course! Custom Cupcakes are perfect for weddings, engagement parties, bridal showers and wedding favours. Tell us about your colours, theme and quantity, and our team will help create a design that suits your celebration.
Yes! We can cater for corporate events, weddings, birthdays, product launches and other large celebrations. Please enquire as early as possible so we can confirm availability and allow enough production time.
Our standard Custom Cupcakes are available in vanilla or chocolate. Our Gluten-Free cupcakes are available in vanilla only.
Yes, we offer Gluten-Free vanilla cupcakes only. Please note that our bakery also handles gluten, so while we take care during preparation, we cannot guarantee that they are suitable for severe allergies or people with coeliac disease.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer dairy-free, eggless or vegan cupcakes.
Custom Cupcakes are sold in packs of six, with a minimum order of six cupcakes. Larger quantities must also be ordered in multiples of six.
Pricing depends on the quantity, design and level of detail required. Submit our Custom Cupcake enquiry form with your ideas, and our team will provide you with a quote.
Depending on the design and quantity, we may be able to include a selection of coordinating decorations. Please include everything you have in mind in your enquiry so we can confirm what is possible and provide an accurate quote.
Individual packaging may be available for an additional cost. Please request this when submitting your enquiry so it can be included in your quote.
We can use your photo as inspiration and create a similar design, but we do not make exact copies. Colours, decorations and finishes may vary slightly because every cupcake is handmade.
Changes depend on how soon your pickup or delivery date is and whether production has already started. Please reply directly to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed and may incur an additional charge.
Yes! You can collect your cupcakes from Poles Patisserie in Penrith, or choose delivery if your address is within our delivery area. Delivery availability and pricing are calculated at checkout.
