1. Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before your final gallery is delivered. Your booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

2. Session Time & Overtime

Your booking includes the photography time agreed upon when your session is booked. A 10–15 minute grace period may be allowed where possible. If the session runs more than 15 minutes over the agreed time, an additional overtime fee will apply. Longer extensions will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

3. Images & Gallery

The number of edited images included in your package will be agreed upon before your session. Additional images can be purchased for an extra fee. Your final images will be delivered via an online gallery, available for 2 weeks. Please download and save your images within this time. After 2 weeks, the gallery may be removed and a $50 re-upload fee will apply if you require it to be restored.

4. Editing & Revisions

Editing is part of the Photographer’s creative style and final images will be edited in the established Eyesha Photography style. After receiving your gallery, you are entitled to one round of reasonable revisions/adjustments. Please provide all requested changes together where possible. Any additional rounds of revisions will incur an additional editing fee. Once images have been approved as final, any further changes will be treated as a new editing request and may incur an additional fee.

5. Travel & Tolls

A travel fee of $0.90 per kilometre will apply to all bookings. Tolls may also be added where applicable and are payable by the client.

6. Expedited Delivery

The standard gallery delivery timeframe is within 2 weeks of your session/event. If you require your images sooner, including same-day, next-day or expedited delivery, an additional expedited delivery surcharge will apply. The fee will depend on the turnaround time requested and the Photographer’s availability. Expedited delivery must be agreed upon before the service is confirmed.

7. Social Media & Portfolio Use

By signing the agreement, you give Eyesha Photography permission to use photographs from your session for portfolio, website, Instagram, social media, advertising, marketing and promotional purposes. Your signature confirms your agreement to this use. Once permission has been provided, you cannot later request that images already published for these purposes be removed, except where otherwise agreed in writing. The Photographer retains the right to select which images are suitable for promotional use.

8. Instagram Collaborations

If the Photographer sends an Instagram Collaboration invitation, the Client agrees to accept it to help increase the post’s reach. The Client may remove the collaboration from their profile 2–3 days after posting.

9. Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply for services or requests outside your original package, including overtime, additional images, additional revisions, travel, tolls or parking, gallery re-upload, expedited delivery, raw images (if requested and available), and other services agreed upon after booking. Any additional fees will be communicated before the additional service is provided where reasonably possible.

Wedding Package Raffle Prize – Terms & Conditions

This prize is based on services being provided in-studio at 1/2 Abbott Road, Seven Hills NSW, Australia.

Travel and off-site services are not included in the prize. If the winner would like services provided at a home, hotel, wedding venue or another location, an additional travel fee will apply.

The prize includes only the services and inclusions specifically listed as part of the Wedding Package prize.

Services for any additional people — including bridesmaids, bridal party members, family members or guests — are not included and can be added at an additional cost.

A Mother of the Bride trial is not included in the prize and can be arranged separately for an additional fee.

Any additional services or upgrades requested by the winner will be quoted and charged separately.

Pie & Drink a Day for a Year

Prize entitles the winner to one standard pie and one standard drink per day for 12 months from Poles Patisserie.

Valid for 365 days from the date of activation.

Limited to one redemption per day. Unused daily redemptions cannot be accumulated, transferred or carried over.

Winner must present the nominated voucher/pass or identification required by Poles Patisserie when redeeming.

$300 Gift Voucher

1. Voucher Value

This voucher entitles the holder to a $300 AUD discount off the total invoice value of eligible plumbing services supplied by Penrith City Plumbing Services.

2. Minimum Job Value

The voucher is valid on eligible plumbing works with a total invoice value of $300 or more. Where the invoice exceeds $300, the voucher will reduce the eligible invoice by $300 and the remaining balance is payable by the customer.

3. Expiry Date

The voucher is valid until 31 December 2027 and must be redeemed on or before this date. The voucher will have no value after the expiry date.

4. Residential Owner Properties Only

The voucher may only be redeemed for plumbing works at a residential property owned by the voucher holder. The voucher cannot be used by a tenant to arrange or authorise plumbing works at a rental property on behalf of a landlord, property owner, real estate agency or property manager.

5. Real Estate and Property Management Work Excluded

The voucher cannot be used for works booked, arranged, authorised or invoiced through a real estate agency, property manager, strata manager or other property management service.

6. Residential Plumbing Services Only

The voucher is valid for eligible residential plumbing services provided directly by Penrith City Plumbing Services. It is not valid for commercial plumbing work.

7. Treat as Cash

The voucher should be treated as cash. Lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or misplaced vouchers will not be replaced unless otherwise agreed by Penrith City Plumbing Services.

8. No Cash Redemption

The voucher cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit or any other monetary payment.

9. No Change or Remaining Credit

The voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction. No cash, credit or remaining voucher balance will be provided for any unused portion of the voucher.

10. Non-Transferable

The voucher is issued to the nominated recipient and is non-transferable unless prior written approval is provided by Penrith City Plumbing Services.í

11. One Voucher Per Job

Only one voucher may be redeemed per property, job or invoice. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined.

12. Cannot Be Combined With Other Offers

The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, promotion, discount, credit, special offer or promotional pricing unless otherwise agreed by Penrith City Plumbing Services.

13. Voucher Must Be Declared Before Work Commences

The voucher must be declared at the time of booking and presented before any plumbing works commence. It cannot be retrospectively applied after works have been completed or an invoice has been issued.

14. Normal Pricing Applies

Normal Penrith City Plumbing Services pricing, quoting and service procedures apply. The voucher does not alter the normal price of the works. The $300 discount will be applied to the eligible invoice after the works have been priced.

15. Additional Works

Any additional works requested or required outside the original agreed scope will be charged at the applicable rate. The maximum discount available under this voucher is $300.

16. Existing and Previous Work Excluded

The voucher cannot be applied to previous invoices, completed works, existing debts, overdue accounts or plumbing works carried out before the voucher was presented and accepted.

17. Third-Party Costs Excluded

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the voucher cannot be applied against third-party contractor charges, authority or government fees, permits, inspection fees or other costs incurred by Penrith City Plumbing Services on the customer’s behalf.

18. Bookings Subject to Availability

Possession of the voucher does not guarantee an appointment or require Penrith City Plumbing Services to provide services on a particular date or time. All bookings are subject to normal availability and scheduling.

19. Service Area

The voucher is valid within the normal service area of Penrith City Plumbing Services. Work outside the normal service area is subject to approval and may attract additional travel or attendance charges.

20. Cancellation and Non-Attendance

Normal booking, cancellation and non-attendance conditions continue to apply. Any applicable cancellation or attendance charges may be payable separately.

21. Voucher Verification

Penrith City Plumbing Services may require presentation of the original voucher and reasonable identification to verify that the person redeeming the voucher is the nominated voucher holder.

22. Altered, Copied or Fraudulent Vouchers

Any voucher reasonably believed to have been copied, reproduced, altered, tampered with, fraudulently obtained or otherwise used contrary to these terms and conditions may be refused.

23. Right to Verify Eligibility

Penrith City Plumbing Services may request reasonable evidence that the voucher holder owns the residential property where the works are to be undertaken before accepting the voucher.

24. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

25. Acceptance of Terms

By presenting or redeeming this voucher, the voucher holder agrees to these terms and conditions.
