शुल्क वापसी की नीति

  1. CHANGES 

4.1 Poles Patisserie does accommodate changes to orders; however, an email must be sent to the cake specialist who helped you, and we require at least 3 business days (Mon-Fri) notice from the pickup/delivery date to review, approve and confirm the requested changes. Changes are only valid once you have received written confirmation of the change from us. Changes are not allowed 

inside 3 business days (Mon-Fri) from the pickup/delivery date. 

  1. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 

5.1 Cancellations can be requested only via email directly to the cake specialist who help you with your order and they will be subject to the following fees and conditions: 

(a) More than 5 Business days (Mon-Fri) notice from the delivery/pickup date: A refund can be requested (minus a $15 Administration fee) OR a store credit for the FULL amount can be issued to be used via the polespatisserie.com.au website at a later time. 

(b) Between 5 and 3 business days (Mon-Fri) notice from the delivery/pickup date: A refund can be requested, less 25% of the order total, as we would have not accepted other orders for this day to make your custom cake. E.g. For a $100 order, $25 will be charged as cancellation (25%) and $75 will be refunded. 

(c) Between 3 and 1 Business day (Mon-Fri) notice from the delivery date: A refund can be requested, minus 50% of the order total, as it is more likely your cake has been baked and some of the decorations have been made ready to finish the cake). E.g. For a $100 order, $50 will be charged as cancellation (50%) and $50 will be refunded. 

(c) 1 day notice or less from the delivery/pickup date (or on the day): Unfortunately, a refund will not be possible under ANY circumstances at this stage, your cake will be ready for pickup/delivery at the requested time. 

5.2 All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing the cake specialist who helped you with your order from the beginning. You must provide your order number and stated the reason for your cancellation request. 

5.3 Refunds will be made via the Payment Gateway provider the customer originally used to make payment (Shopify, After Pay or PayPal 

5.4 Once Poles Patisserie has approved a refund via email, the funds will be re-imbursed to you via the same Payment Gateway method used for payment. Refunds may take between 5-8 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. 

5.5  Candles and cake toppers are classified as non-refundable items and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
