शिपिंग नीति

  1. DELIVERY 

2.1 The delivery Fee is Payable in addition to the cost per order and charged at checkout. 

2.2 Poles Patisserie delivers to most Sydney Metropolitan Areas and some suburbs in the lower blue mountains. Deliveries are made between 12pm and 5pm on the selected day. You acknowledge that the delivery window may move outside the 12pm and 5pm range on Christmas Eve, Valentines Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter weekend and other busy days that Poles Patisserie is unable to deliver products between these times. 

2.3 Poles Patisserie requests that the recipient is available to receive the package on the day of delivery. 

2.4 If there was no one available to accept your delivery, your order will be brought back to our Penrith Store. Re-delivery is not possible again that day.

We may be able to re-deliver your order the following day for an additional delivery fee of $50. You will also be able to collect your order once it has been returned to our store, collection is only available within our store trading hours. 

2.5 You agree that Poles Patisserie is not liable for incorrect or failed deliveries where the address provided by you is incorrect or has insufficient information (including contact information). In this instance you will lose your order without an option for a refund. 

2.6 Poles Patisserie does not accept requests for specific times or specific time periods for delivery. Any requests by the customer for specific times or time periods are invalid and void. Poles Patisserie takes no responsibility for any orders that are unable to be delivered to businesses/ schools etc that may require delivery by a certain time, regardless of any requests made by the customer. 

2.7 By 1130am on the delivery date you will received an SMS tracking link, sent to the mobile provided on the checkout delivery section, once you click on this link, you will be allowed to see where your delivery is going and have a better idea of the ETA for delivery.
