Fun, Creativity & Sweet Treats for a Cause!

As part of our Pink Up Poles Parade main event, kids can unleash their imagination in our exciting Cupcake Decorating Competition! Each child will decorate their very own cupcake using professional tools and toppings, guided by our friendly Poles team.

🎀 Event Details

Date: Sunday, October 19th, 2025
Sessions: Choose from hourly time slots (8AM–1PM). Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
Location: Poles Patisserie, Penrith
Tickets: $20 per child, per session
Includes: Cupcake, decorating tools, all toppings provided, plus a medium coffee (for parents) and a small hot chocolate (for the child).
Age Requirement: Suitable for children aged 4 years and up
All proceeds donated directly to the McGrath Foundation.

⚠️ Important Notes for Parents

Parents/guardians must remain on-site during the session. While our team will guide the children, they remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian.
Due to the nature of this event, we are unable to accommodate dietary requirements or allergies.
Please dress children in clothes suitable for a fun (and possibly a little messy!) activity.
Photos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer your child not to be photographed, please let us know on the day.
Tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to another child—please email ricky@polespatisserie.com.au for assistance.
