NOTE: We understand that due to current events surrounding the corona virus there may be a need for you to cancel or re-schedule your order. Please note that our standard cancellation and date changes policy remains the same. However, we have now added an option for a full store credit (valid for 12 months) which is available to you for any cancellations or date changes with at least 3 days-notice from pick up date. A full store credit is also available with 24 hours-notice from pick up date for our stock cakes only. (stock cakes are cakes sold in store daily). All custom cakes require a minimum 3 days-notice for full store credit.
We do not take any responsibility for cakes / orders that are damaged or stolen once they have left our store.
Full payment is required when placing orders online, a confirmation receipt will be emailed to you once payment is accepted.
Cancellation / Refunds
Cancellation outside of 3 days of pick up date – 25% of order total
Cancellation within 3 days of pick up date – Non refundable
All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You must provide your order number, full name, contact phone number and cancellation request.
Refunds will only be applied to the original credit or debit card used for purchase. Refunds take up to 3 business days to process, plus any additional processing times from the relevant financial institutions.
Changes to your order
Changes are not permitted within 3 days of pick up date.
Changes outside of 3 days of pick up date, must be made in writing by emailing email@example.com. You must provide your order number, full name, contact phone number and details of the change. We may need to contact you regarding the change, if we are unable to make contact the change may be denied. Changes to your order may incur an additional charge and we may need to contact you for payment, if payment is unable to be processed the change will be denied.
Change of pick up date
Within 3 days and 24 hours of pick up date – $25 fee applies, an earlier pick up date is not permitted.
Not allowed within 24 hours of original pick up date
Change of pick up date must be made in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You must provide your order number, full name, contact phone number and new pick up date and time.
Food Allergy Disclosure
All products made on our premises may contain traces of milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee any of our products are 100% free of any of these ingredients.
