Our profiterole towers are the most glorious way to impress for a party or dessert.

First, we start with our profiterols.

 

Our French-inspired choux pastry gently encases vanilla or chocolate crème patisserire, with each one lovingly made by hand and baked fresh. Dipped in high quality milk chocolate, they’re sweet balls of true moreishness.

Then the fun begins.

 

One by one, they’re gently assembed into a tower. Using our decadent chocolate mudcake as a base, we build the ultimate dessert. Adorned with fresh strawberries, decorated with flowers, and dusted ever-so-slightly with icing sugar, our Profiterole Towers are a sight to behold.

 

You’ll almost convince yourself that they look too good to eat.
